Spray gun method

Using a spray gun offers precise coverage, perfect for a vignette effect where we are spraying a specific part of the container or multiple colours on one product. It is also ideal for spraying embossed areas to ensure a thorough and even coating.

Electrostatic disc spray method

The electrostatic spray method not only provides excellent coverage, but it is also highly efficient and avoids unnecessary waste.

Premium organic paint

We use only the best quality water-based paint, which is manufactured in the UK to the highest standards.

We can colour-match an existing bottle or Pantone reference, or work with you to create a shade which is unique to your vision, producing the exact colour and pigment to suit your requirements.

Sustainable process

Every area of our business contributes to our sustainability efforts including our decorating plant. The water-based paint we use is low in VOC and is organic.

Where possible we use our electrostatic spray method to reduce paint waste. Most importantly the finished sprayed bottles and jars can be fully recycled easily by the consumer just like undecorated glass containers.

Having a decorating plant on site, adjacent to our existing glassworks, also means a welcome reduction in transportation miles, reducing the carbon footprint of your product.
